- CLEAN-UP DINNER
- Good for getting rid of left-overs!

- I%7, ozs, white bread, stale (1 oz = 1 slice)
- I%1/2, med, sweet green pepper, chopped
- I%1, med, onion, chopped
- I%1/2, c, tomato juice
- I%1/2, tsp, salt
- I%1/4, tsp, pepper
- I%1, tsp, Worcestershire sauce
- I%1, c, pork roast, cubed (any leftover roast will do)
- I%1, c, brown gravy, (anything leftover will do)

- R% Cut the bread into small cubes and put in a large mixing
- R%bowl. Add in the green pepper, onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper,
- R%and Worcestershire sauce.
- R% Put cubes of pork in a well buttered 2 quart baking dish and
- R%pour the bread mixture over the top of the meat.
- R% Pour the gravy over the top of the bread mixture.
- R% Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

- U%recipe. Ex: Roast beef and leftover beef gravy.
- U% You can also use 1 cup of bottled, canned, or packaged gravy if
